Vijariego Blanco is a remarkable grape variety, only found on the Canary Islands, where it´s adapted to microclimates across the islands. Due to its high, steely acidity, we ferment and age our Vijariego Blanco in barrels, to create the perfect creamy texture.
Precise and well defined, with aromas of pear, vanilla and smoky undertones. Intense and zippy, with a deliciously saline quality to the mouth-watering acidity. This would make for a perfect pairing with grilled fish or roast chicken.
