Varietal Tintilla is incredibly rare, and we are one of a handful of producers making a 100% Tintilla wine across the islands. Our secret is Laderas de Teno; a hidden treasure in the north of Tenerife, at 700m above sea level. This unique microclimate is cooled by the Trade Winds that blow in from the North, retaining the delicate aromas and zesty acidity that makes Tintilla so special.
Bright, juicy and deeply coloured, our Tintilla evokes aromas of blackberries, dark chocolate, tobacco leaves and black pepper. 12 months in French oak adds weight and texture, whilst softening the tannins to a silky texture. An ideal wine to pair with red meats and other weighty dishes.
