The most delicate black grape variety on the Canary Islands, Negramoll is often compared to Pinot Noir due its light colour, delicate texture and engaging aromas. Our ungrafted vines grow overlooking the ocean, barely 300m above sea level, before they´re hand-harvested and aged in neutral oak barrels.
The delicacy and elegance of this wine is immediately apparent; red berry fruits, smoky and very light touches of caramel and toffee. Smooth, polished tannins make this an absolute joy to drink, as does the refreshing acidity. An ideal pairing with grilled fish and white meats.
